Licensed since 1980, Steve has had the opportunity to help buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords in every price range with properties ranging from residential to investment and commercial across the region. Spending four years in banking as a Mortgage Officer, he offers a strong financial background as well. Active and connected to the community, he is a former Trustee of the Guthrie Cortland Medical Center serving on several committees and work groups. He is two times past president of the Cortland County Board of Realtors, past president of Chamber of Commerce, a Charter member and Past President of the Rotary Breakfast Club and a previous Campaign Chairman of the United Way for Cortland County. Steve was once named Realtor of the Year and “Distinguished Realtor” by the members of the Cortland County Board of Realtors and has lived and worked in the Cortland area his whole life.

I am originally from Liverpool, NY and attended college at SUNY Brockport where I met my wife Lisa. Lisa accepted a position at Ithaca College which brought us to Cortland, NY where we’ve decided to settle and raise our family. We are blessed with two beautiful children who keep us active and involved with the community. I have been practicing real estate since 2010 and I truly love what I do! What I enjoy the most about selling real estate is meeting new people and building relationships. This business, like many, comes with its share of challenges, but with every challenge there is a solution. My interpersonal skills, patience, and strong aptitude for this business allow me to best serve my customers and clients. I have a consistent record as a multi-million dollar producer, which means I’ve had the opportunity to help many individuals and families buy and sell real estate. I service the Central New York area with a focus in Cortland, Syracuse, and Ithaca. The CNY area is truly beautiful and I feel grateful to have grown up here. When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy gardening, watching movies and spending time with my family.

Daniel Federico has been a resident of Central NY his entire life. As a commercial-industrial real estate agent, he strives to not only fulfill all of his clients’ needs, but to go the extra mile to ensure the very best outcome in every transaction. Dan always puts others first, a mantra that has followed him throughout his professional career. As a licensed real estate salesperson, Dan works closely with Steve Cinquanti, Associate Broker, CCIM at Yaman Commercial Industrial. Together they provide decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Dan has an Associates degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from Cayuga Community College in Auburn, NY, as well as over ten years of marketing experience with various corporations. In his spare time, Dan is also an accomplished musician. He and his fiancé Abby have two dogs, and own a home together in Cortland, NY.
